A commercial customer called us after a strong winter storm caused the roof of his showroom to blow off and leak. SERVPRO of Blackwood was there to help remove the falling ceiling, extract standing water and set up drying equipment.

Our homeowner called us after she heard water running and discovered a frozen pipe broke and flooded her basement. Luckily, she had just organized her basement, put everything in plastic totes and had everything on shelving units so no personal belongings were ruined and there was minimal other damage. 

Our customer called us after a pipe froze and broke in their neighbors condo. The water leaked from the neighbors unit to our customers unit and cased damage to each room on the main level of their property. During extreme cold weather, we suggest protecting your pipes but turning off water to outside faucets, keeping the heat on in your property and keeping faucets on for water to trickle out to prevent water from standing still and possibly freezing.

This house in Collingswood was struck by lightning and caused a small fire starting on the back porch. There was soot and smoke odor in the home. Our crew cleaned and deodorized the entire property.

Our customer contacted us after a tree fell on her roof and caused damage to her kitchen and basement. We were able to clean up the debris, secure her house and have the structure dried out in less than a week. 

Our customer called us after he had come home and had over 3 feet of water in his basement. In the picture, you can see the water line on the block wall. A recent storm dumped hundreds of gallons of water into this partly finished basement. Unfortunately for the homeowner, his sump pump was not working and caused extensive damage.
