Meet Shannon

Meet Shannon, our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Blackwood / Gloucester Township.  She has been in the restoration industry at SERVPRO for over four years.  Shannon is I.I.C.R.C. certified in Fire and Smoke Remediation (FST), Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD) and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT).  Her biggest accomplishment at SERVPRO has been as SERVPRO Storm Team Member, aiding victims on the national level after catastrophic storms hit areas in Detroit MI, and Tioga, PA.  Fire damages are always unexpected and are overwhelming for both business and homeowners.  One important task of the office manager is to handle calls from homeowners and business owners after their building has suffered damage. Shannon’s extensive field experience has given her real life experiences and can help sympathizes with a caller over the phone and help calm assure them that our team has the knowledge and training to quickly handle all of their needs.  Shannon enjoys spending quality time with her children and fishing when not at work.
