Meet Lynne, our Marketing Manager. Lynne is a long-time Gloucester Township resident, graduating from Highland High School and calling Blackwood her home along with her husband and three children. Lynne enjoys her position marketing, as it gives her an excellent opportunity to meet residents and business owners in her hometown. The best thing about working for SERVPRO is being able to have the chance to assist fellow Gloucester Township community members at a most needed time. Lynne's personal work goal is to educate people about our various services and to create happy customers. Lynne's best advice is to be prepared for an emergency and to have an ERP (Emergency Response Plan.) This is a digital and/or paper document that is important for building owners to have. It is a way to keep track of who the key decision makers are, a listing of all utility shutoff locations and an overview of the buildings use, size, content and floor finishing's.
