Sicklerville Water Damage

A broken toilet supply line was the cause of this water damage in Sicklerville. The homeowner called us when he noticed water in his second floor bathroom. When our SERVPRO Professionals went to the property, they used the water meter to test for moisture and found the kitchen ceiling on the first floor as well as the ceiling and floor in the basement were all affected. After the source of the problem was repaired, SERVPRO got to work. They pulled baseboard in the bathroom, cut the kitchen ceiling and removed the carpets in the basement. Dehumidifiers and air movers were strategically placed to ensure proper drying. The drying process was monitored and documented daily and completed after day three.
