Foreclosed Property to Open House Ready

SERVPRO of Blackwood/Gloucester Township was hired by the bank who foreclosed on this property in our local area to remove all content and prepare the home for the market. The former homeowners left the house full of belongings, rotten food and hazardous materials. The amount of content that had to be removed filled multiple dumpsters. Our crew proceeded to clean and sanitize the entire residence. The entire interior received a fresh coat of paint as well. They went above and beyond to clean the debris that was left in the yard. This job took a two weeks to complete, and was ready for the open house before the deadline provided.
