Margate City Mold Remediation

A local homeowner called us about a mold problem they were having in their vacation home in Margate City. The crawl space was constantly having water issues and mold started to grow on the ceiling joists and insulation. Our scope of work included removing all insulation, cleaning all joists, encapsulating and re-installing new insulation. The home also had high moisture levels inside due to poor ventilation and an old heating system. The ducts in the home needed to be cleaned. The home had a combination of hard metal duct and flex duct. In this picture, you can see the new and old flex duct.
