Mold Remediation in Woodbury, NJ

Our customer contacted us for mold remediation in the lower level of a split level home. The property is a bank owned home and had been unoccupied for over two years. The house did not have power, thus the sump pump was not able to work and the lower level would flood after rain. The high humidity levels in the home created a good environment for mold to grow and created an unhealthy environment for people to be in. We followed the protocol from an Independent Hygienist and removed all drywall, carpet and pad in the lower level, dried and cleaned the remaining structure and encapsulated all of the wood. The property is now safe and the lower level is ready to be finished as living space again.
