The owner of this property called us after he noticed discoloration on some drywall. He said that he previously had some water damage to his home and he thought it dried properly. Our Production Manager met with the homeowner and performed a moisture check and found some wet studs, drywall and could see visual discoloration on the drywall. We removed all of the wet drywall, cleaned the studs and setup drying equipment. Once everything was dry, the wood studs were sealed and new drywall was installed. This was a project that was completed in about a week and the homeowner was happy with the final results.
