Mold Remediation in Medford, NJ

These pictures are from a condo in Medford, NJ. The unit above had a slow water leak and water ran down the wall cavity and the soffit above the kitchen cabinets in the unit of our customer. This was an unknown ongoing water damage. The upper cabinets had to be removed and drywall behind the cabinets removed. Once the cavity was opened, there was visible discoloration on the wood studs. We dried the structure and cleaned the studs and prepared the area for new drywall and cabinets. As an added service, we performed a duct cleaning in the condo unit after construction was completed.
