Glassboro Grease Fire

Our customers called us after they had a small grease fire in the kitchen due to a cooking accident. Even though it was small and they quickly extinguished the flames, there was soot damage in most rooms in the house, with the heaviest concentration in the kitchen and the two adjacent rooms. In the kitchen, we cleaned the walls, ceiling, floor, appliances, cabinets and countertops. The ceiling had to be repainted as it had a textured finish. The ceiling fan was the one item we cleaned that shocked the homeowner, as she thought it would need to be replaced. The fan was covered in thick grease and soot, but we were able to clean it and make it shine like the day it was installed.
