Berlin Sewage Damage

Our customer called us after one of her commercial buildings she manages had a sewage backup that affected both bathrooms. Our crew was dispatched and extracted all standing water. Because of the design of the bathrooms floor, no structural material was needed to be removed. We used our specialty SERVPRO cleaning chemicals to clean and deodorize the affected areas. We finished our job, by treating all areas with an anti-microbial agent that kills bacteria and helps prevent any mold growth. We were able to quickly complete the job in one day and the retail customer did not have to close or make customers aware of the situation
