Forclosure Cleaning

We were contacted by a local bank to help them with a property that had gone into foreclosure. When the previous owner left the property, they left furniture, clothes and various other household items. The inside conditions of the home were in poor condition, with holes in various walls, old worn out carpet and torn vinyl flooring. We started by emptying the abandoned belongings from the property and removed all carpet and pad, removed the old vinyl flooring and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms. We then fixed the drywall, painted all interior walls and ceiling, installed new vinyl flooring in the bathroom and laundry area and finally installed new carpet and pad. The bank and realtor were happy with our work and anticipate a quick sale because of the updated appearance of the property. These pictures are from the family room on the day we started with all of the unwanted contents and old carpet and the second photo shows the new carpet and freshly painted walls.
