Bathroom Mold Remediation

Our customer called us after she saw visible discoloration and staining on the surface of her drywall in their master bathroom. We removed the contaminated drywall and insulation, and cleaned and dried the cavity. When removing the drywall, we noticed the wallpaper behind the paint. This acted as a moisture barrier and kept the problem hidden longer than if the walls had just paint. We had a contractor come out and he was able to determine the source of the water was improper flashing. Once the problem was resolved, we installed new insulation and drywall and painted the bathroom. The customers were happy with our work and to have their clean and dry bathroom back.
