Nicotine Cleaning

This homeowner called us for a thorough cleaning their home. The homeowner was a heavy cigarette smoker and there was nicotine and tar on virtually every surface and on the contents throughout the property. Our team spent multiple days, thoroughly cleaning each room and the items in each room. In the first picture, you can see behind the large and heavy china cabinet that hadn’t been moved in many years. You can see that when the homeowners previously painted the baseboard trim, they had just painted around the furniture without moving it. The wallpaper was yellowed from the nicotine, there was cobwebs on the walls and dust on the carpet. For this type of cleaning, it is necessary to move and clean behind furniture, not just around. We finished this project, but replacing the carpet and pad to ensure the removal of any lingering nicotine odor.
